Reuse Information:

  • Reclaimed 1,429 tonnes of materials, including 1,000 tonnes of cut stone, 68 tonnes of slate bricks, and various interior elements.

  • Materials were tested for reuse suitability and integrated into 8 local construction projects.

  • Developed a territorial strategy for circular economy practices in construction. 

The Sanitas district in Tours underwent a large-scale urban renewal project, focusing on the selective deconstruction of 296 housing units. Bellastock led the initiative to maximize material reuse, integrating reclaimed elements into new constructions and public spaces.
